Well my mate was talking about going to his brother's Uni with his PS3 and laptop and downloaded 18 gigabytes worth of torrents and PSN store downloads. I was like sweet bro i can download Walking Dead at lectures. Then i was reading some stuff from Mac's website about internet policy and finding people who are downloading inappropriate things; it was all very scary. My high school talked about those kind of things no one was sent to the FBI or anything haha but they did make everyone use internet account and limit downloads to 100mb each.

Depends. In the library it's usefully pretty decent if all you want to do is browse pages. If you want to go crazy and abuse the internet, I'm not sure how it'll hold up. I'd be pretty worried about them disabling your account though.
