What is the layout of the HSC exam paper? (1 Viewer)

I printed off a lot of hsc past papers and am wondering how they are presented to you on the actual day so I know how to staple them. Also, when are the marking guidelines given out for all the exams?

They are stapled through the middle.
Marking guidelines come out some time after the exam. I don't remember when exactly.
