A thought came to mind yesterday when going through past papers...

We study a selection of texts from the prescribed stuff, the stimulus booklet and then get supp material, yet the focus of the exam for 2/3rds of it doesnt have anything to do with the use of the prescribed texts.

What a waste of time and effort!

but by reading the syallbus, u should able to "guess" wat they ask u...

most likely they will ask u the composer's technique or the theme of the text

yeyh obviously but i mean... the mephasis of the course in school is on the prescribed text and then wham only 1/3 of the exam is on it
