i actually heard something quite bizarre the other month that wearing a bra with wire in it to bed causes the breast tissue to contract and gradually shrink... im pretty sure its not true tho...
personal choice of mine is not to wear a bra to bed either, i toss and turn alot so it feels like im laying on coat hangers....unless im at a party or sumfin and i sleep over, then i just cant be effed tot ake it off...and plus the chances of finding it in the morning are slim..
