So guys/girls now that you have finished or nearly there , whats the next step for you?
Any plans for travel, immediate work or just take a year off and be lazy?

Ergh... my parents want me to look for a job now that i'm done with the hsc. But, i have no idea where i would want to work. As for gap years, my parents would probably kill me if i did take a gap year. Maybe because of the percieved bludgieness and general doing-nothingness that comes with a gap year. Arghh.. my dad is also fully forcing me to start my badminton training again (after a sedentery period of 6 months, lol), so that i can join a university team next year... >_>"

hmm... i also have to get my Ps... not that that'll happen any time soon, though. =_='

ahaha.. i just realised i started off every sentence with "my parents". lol. i have no control over my life. =(

parents wanted to take me overseas for a holiday but fuck that.
I'd probably spend most of holiday watching anime, gaming, learning new programming languages, and strip my car back put on a kit and paint it.

Well the second i finish at 3:30 on friday i have to catch a plane down to melbuorne as i have workshops and auditions for the week there... fly back up on thursday and go to the ball on saturday night and off ot schoolies for a week!!

After that... hm.. i want to work during the day and get a job in a bar at night so i can save lots before uni... my mother wants me to go on a holiday.. haha but i dont think i have time... she is talking about forcing me though.. lovely lady!!!

After that; uni in melbourne!! Cannot wait!!

speaking of which , i walked past a hair salon the other day - what the hell are "FOILS" ? i asked a friend and she said it was like ... streaking your hair in a way ? can someone clarify this ? =] cheers.

I changed my availability back at work so hopefully I can make some more money, as I've been living on minimal wages and feel quite remorseful for mooching off my parents all year. But I'm gonna look for a new job too, balance work with just going out and having fun and enjoying our extended summer! I'm going camping by the beach for a week, going to a few concerts and going to America in january. All in all, can't wait!

Well, on monday the 5th im going overseas ALONE for 2.5 months and maybe if i can get up in the mornings since its gonna be freezing there im gonna start training, something i promised i would start doing after i finished the hsc :mad1:.
And when i come back it will probobly be uni, apprentiship and work.

Between now and the start of next year, I'm probably just going to take it easy, and probably just party and socialise with school friends while I still can.

I'm going to be having a gap year, in which I might be getting a job or going to TAFE or doing a traineeship or something. I've got nfi what specifically to do though... so if anyone has any ideas for me, I'd really appreciate it.

Finding a job, sleeping, and TAFE for a year so then I can transfer to uni. Maybe. Or, I could be a bum and take a year off, but my father would blow his cap off at that suggestion, so it's most likely a fresh slate of academics next year.

Meanwhile, until February/March next year ...

Schoolies, then going to Hawaii for like a month, then i guess get a job...and start saving for all the traveling i'm doing next year, that i currently have no way to fund! Yes as you can see i have to 'travel bug' lol.

Not exactly sure yet - Going away for schoolies and I have full-time work over Christmas and then possibly uni next year.. or might continue full-time work and defer for a year.. not sure yet.
