Hey guys, I have an assessment coming up and its solely based on employment relations. We will have an extended response to write, but I'm just wondering what possibly could they ask? I mean, it's just one topic? Do you think it might be a question based on how well you know your theory (from the syllabus), or will they give us something like a real business-case and we have to respond to that from a employment relations' managers point of view?

Any comment would be greaT!
Thanks

Ok thanks guys. That clarifies things a lot better now.
When responding to a business "extended response question", is it best to write a report? That just means headings based on key aspects of the question right? Does it include an introduction and conclusion?

Sorry, I'm just new to this whole "report" idea and have little experience.
