Firstly, love the username as I'm a Latte fan myself.

Would like to see 3U, but approx~

4U Maths 8 / 30......................30% (in E4)
Advanced English 45 / 130.........40%
Physics 5-6/ 23..........................30%
Biology 9/ 40.........................25%
Ancient History 5-6 / 30............25%

I'd say this would be a good guide for a 98. Basically you want to get that E4 (90) in maths and get 91-92 in everything else. Or like 44 in MX2 and a 92 in others etc.

You only need to score about 84 in Ext 2 maths to be on target to score a 98 ATAR.

If you could name your school, I could use the site mentioned by Makematics to give better estimates.

If you want 99, my estimates would be:

Ext 1 Maths 17/52
Adv English 22/130
Physics 5/23
Biology 3/40
Ancient History 1 or 2 / 30
