On that topic, what's with this new 1,2,3 etc sizing system I've seen around some places? Apparently it's supposed to make women feel less fat because they see a small number on the tag.

I heard sometime last week (maybe it was on the news? I don't remember, anyways!) that the size 0 would be introduced as a new size range or something in the American markets...

uh size 0 is and has been a size in the states for many years.

i'm a 6/8 here and a 0 in the states.

its just a different sizing system.

I'm usually a 12-14 in pants (damn having curvy hips!!!) and a 12/M on the top..
9-10 in shoes..

I'm size 6/xs in pants, 6/xxs (sometimes xs) in tops and size 7/8 feet. I'm trying to put on weight so i fit into size 8 (it's so much easier to find) but so far its not working

I'm genrally a 6-8 in Pants an 8 in tops. (american sizes confuse me, but in some shops, I'm a size 0 genrally.) My problem is the feet! -sigh- lol trying to find size 10 1/2 to size 11 shoes is hard. Cause I got a narrow . Very narrow foot, and all the large sizes seem to always be too wide! V. annoying.

size 12 tops and size 12/14 bottom (I have an ass ) and shoe size 9 and I am 179cm tall exactly haha

Top--size 8-10ish
Bottom--size 10 currently but for the last 4 years up to now was size 12
Shoes--7 to 7.5

Problem with shoes is, my feet are too wide for their length so finding any sort of high heels is a pain (hence my not wearing any), and even normal shoes is difficult.

EDIT: I'm 5 feet 3 inches, which is about 160cm

Well, im a size 8 pants, nd size 10 tops. I've always been kinda tall and thin but i really dislike it. I wish a was a bit more curvy and i think thats waht guys are leaning towards these days, the fuller bustier figure........bugger!

bahaha this thread reminds me of today, i was in mayer and mum threw me a bunch of stuff to try on. One of them was a jacket which was a size 12. It fitted PERFECTLY (and i was shocked/scared) because im usually a size 8. I just didnt get it
