dunno, it would probably depend on what you're presenting.

Eg. If i were to do a speech on a criminal hearing, on the powerpoint I would include a structure of the courtroom, court heirarchy(sp?), etc etc

I prefer not to use audo/visual aids in oral presenations (not much point in Legal anyway).....Well if you make a powerpoint dont use all those sounds and wierd transitions! it just looks bad.
