I'm always falling sleep after school nowadays.

like 10pm-6.30am
which is pretty early, but lack of sleep and me don't mix very well, usually my friends can tell when i didn't sleep much because I tend to be more bitchy than normal.

Usually I sleep at around 12-1am.

My alarm's set on 650am....but I stay in bed until 7. ^_^

Well i aim to be in bed by 11:30pm and wake up at 7:30 am... ebcause i need alot of sleep to function.. at all. But usually it's about 12am to 1am when i actually sleep.

normally 1130 - 640 . but i set my alarm early, i like knowing i can stay in bed for an extra 30 mins . lol i hate having to get up the moment my alarm goes off .

I have completely random sleeping patterns. I generally prefer a sleeping pattern that involves sleeping at sunrise and waking in the afternoon.

Depending upon if i have an afternoon nap after school. If not:

11-2am-8am

IF i have an afternoon nap:

2am-8am

Weekends usually 3-4am- 12pm

i aim for 10pm to 6.30am....

but it always ends up being around 1am to 6.30 am......this is usually during like assessments and liek huge amounts of homework...

sometimes ill be lucky enough to try sleep at 11 or 12, and wake up at 6.30am the following day.

does anyone else have period 0's (or morning periods....periods before school officially begins..?)

but if I have one it means I get a free period later in the day, so thats good.

Well, i normally go to sleep around 10 - 11 pm and wake up at 6am.
I have morning periods like nearly every morning.
on the weekends i wake up at around 11am though.
u guys just have to organise yourselves more and not stay up too late doing homework

yeah i do too. mine start at 730. They go for approximately an hour, but I have them for only 2 times a week. & the whole year gets 1 free a fornight. Some get more due to VET courses. =(

but i always get up late, especially since winter's here again, and its soo hard to get out my nice warm bed and eat breakfast and get changed etc.

Schoolnights, I aim for 11-6. Mostly I go over both ways though.
