I dont really like to discuss questions - so I wont.

But what do you think you'll get out of 45?

Take into account;

- this is not your school, it will be marked harder or easier depending on how your school marks
- if you think you have improved over stuvac, remember most people have
- the markers are marking tens of thousands of papers
- your marker may be jewish and you may have written a creative piece about killing jews.

with these in mind, what do you HONESTLY think you will get out of 45?

I - 12/15 - I'll always lose marks here.
II - 11/15 - Didn't fucking finish, no matter how awesome it was :(
III - 13/15 - pretty generic essay, but I know lots of people didnt adapt it to the question well, but I think I did

=

36/45

your turn.

edit: dialup, didnt see the other thread

mods close if you will.

or keep it open, cos im awesome/

I - 10/15 - always always always only ever get 10, never more never less, every time i've done it.. but i stuffed up a couple of the questions and didnt realise til it was over.. so yeah..
II - 13/15 - i liked my story, and my teachers liked the sound of it and said i'd probably get around 13 or 14 if the markers like it
III - 12/15 - my essay was pretty much what i'd prepared in the weeks before.. the theme (to do with the speculation in imaginative journeys) was basically what i incorporated into all my other esaays i'd prepared, so hopefully i did well.. my conclusion was a bit weak so i think i'll lose marks there..

total 35/45

fark!
i think i got:
1)9/15 (so hard, not straight forward)
2)9/15 (didnt put in quote required< LOSER!!)
3)12/15 ( not sure if for or against)

30/45 = 66.67%

thats right, if your reading i know you think im a loser!!! I wrecked it!!!

In my TRIALS I got (my school marks HARD):

12/15
15/15
11/15
TOTAL= 38/45

I HOPE to get:
12/15
15/15
13/15 (I do think that the work I did in Stuvac earned me an extra 2 marks, especially taking into account different markers)
TOTAL= 40/45

Here's hoping, haha....

well trials were

11
14
13

and my school marks pretty hard i think (NSBHS)

but i'm more confident about comp this time, much more... maybe 13?
creative is probably the same - 14
essay was ok, i used my generic one but adapted it well, at least 13, maybe improved to 14.

hopefully 40/41? I don't really know.

I - I'm pretty sure I screwed up the landscape question about the cave. Don't know my max, but min. is 9/15.

II - Story... Hmm. I write the sentence at the beginning, then drew those start-thingys to make it look like an epigraph :S. But then... I didn't really get a chance to round it off nicely in the end. So I'm gonna say 9/15.

III - Don't think my essay was tight enough and I don't know if I wrote enough. 12 pages, but I had big writing. 10 more minutes and I could written 2.5 pages and I wouldn't be worrying bout it. 10/15.

So a min. of 28/45. :(

36 looks pretty fucking good Bookie.

I reckon I'll get something like 30 or low 30s assuming they recognised the way I BSed. If not (fingers crossed) then around mid 30s lol. It would be surprising if that actually happens. This estimate was based on the trials which were much easier in content but were marked harder compared to HSC.

Section one: 7/15 (I really messed it up)
Section two: 11/15
Section 3: 13/15 (hopefully)

31/45

Does anyone want to have a guess at what the average would be. Lol:rofl:

well 45 would be nice. doubt it though. im not gonna "speculate" on marks or the imaginative journey that goes with me wishing for 45/45.
