yea, you have NO idea how many ppl say i am one of the craziest people they have ever met. Like today i jsut grabbed my gf and started to dance in maccas cos "my moon my man" was playing and I LOVE that song.

This is actually a hard situation to which I know not the answer.

It's easy to do in a club or even pub after a couple, but in a cafe/restaurante, not so much.

Because you're not under the influence, I presume.
So the trick is, then, to buy her a bottle of wine. Then chat her up.

go up to her and say "id do you anyday of the week"

if she's cool with it and takes it as a compliment then good for you, youve just won her over

if she gets offended (ie, she is insulted and is no longer interested in you) tell her you were joking and you would only do her after several beers in a dimly lit room where you couldnt see her face. then walk away with a smug look

so you either get the girl or insult her so much that she wishes she would have accepted your remark as a compliment.
