What is it? My chem tutor said something about it ages ago and ive forgot the meaning. I think it has something to do with the ionisation of esters

And a nutritionist is someone who studies nutrition, as far as I know.

The only thing i can even imagine you're talking about is to do with the eutrophication of rivers. Maybe a nutritionist then is something that encourages algae growth, in that case it would be a nutrient
