Felt like asking because this was the onyl subject without a post. Just wanted to see if anyone actually did it, and if so, what it was all about. Cheers.
Industrial Technology is like an umberella across a series of industries. They range from Metal to Multimedia and all sorts of other between. But you only do one industry focus.
The course invovles an ongoing project much like art which will be marked by external board markers that visit your school. Over the year you build up documentation and evidence of your work into a folio which is also submitted.
A exam is also part of the course but the weighting is alot lower than the actual project. I'm doing multimedia and its crunch time for me very soon (26-8-2002).
It's not a bad subject if your interested in the field but you have to be committed towards it for decent results.
