what's STAT329 like? (1 Viewer)

Okay, I've read last year's unit outline and all, but I would appreciate it if someone gave me their opinion of this unit. My main concern is that it sounds like an ISYS/COMP unit (which I like) because it seems that they teach alot about websites and other web technologies. Is my impression wrong? Where does the statistics part come in?

(Note, I have not touched any STAT units... but I think i will, for 329)

um i think all stats are pretty much all maths/equations, i dont think there will be any computer stuff in any stat units... ive havent done any stat units, but my friends that did stats said it was just basically maths.

not necessarily, there are STAT units that focus on computer simulation and other computer-related topics

STAT329 is called "Electronic Commerce: Database Applications", so yes, computer stuff. Like I said, I've already read the unit outline, so I *do* know a little bit about it.
