MBProbe?

Most motherboards that have an SMBus will come with some sort of software in the motherbaord CDs that already do this,

speedfan is an excellent program; however it can be inaccurate -- and the option to increase/decrease the speed of the computer fans is always handy :)

I installed Speedfan. It tells me in windows that the temp hovers between 35-44, usually staying at around 40. As soon as i reboot, BIOS tells me the temp starts at 48 and steadily marches to around 55.

Is there some sensor reading problem or is there something causing the temp to increase a bit when booting?
