No significant differences whatsoever. Some unis call their degree "business", some unis "commerce" and others "business and commerce."

Yes contents/majors/electives would be very similar if not similar.

Job prospects wouldn't differ much from uni to uni. Try having a look at the MyUniversity website. You can compare unis based on the no. of graduates in full time employment etc.
