So I get that we have to know case studies for business, but I am a bit confused on what I have to known about contemporary issues - for example looking at the syllabus for operations:

examine contemporary business issues to... ...discuss the balance between cost and quality in operations strategy

So what does this mean we have to do? Look at the news and find articles on balancing cost and quality? Or be able to discuss it in relation to our case study? So confusedddd :/

I think its just using a hypothetical business as a casestudy to answer the question
