95+ ... well 92+ realistically 90+ being the base .... anything less and I'll be greatly upset.
Economics or Computer Programming, UTS or USYD, UAIs both being around the 92-95 marks (factoring in UAI fluctuations)

nope, You need 90+ to be considered for some uni'sand 95/6+ for some unis. But you really should be aiming for 97+ and good interview and umat.
