5-6 times a week gym: 40-50min Cardio (35 min on treadmil uphill incline walk/cross trainer then 10-15 min step machine); then that lifting legs cruch thing where you lift legs while doing pull ups... 50-80 reps; then crunch machine for 150reps; then pull down bar 5X20 reps.
1 day a week: badminton
1 day a week: golf
