whats your gothic story about (1 Viewer)

I'm studying gothic literature for Extension English and the final task is to write a gothic short story. I'm already working on mine so i'm not out to steal ideas, just wondering what's everyone else writing about.. and what gothic conventions are you including?

we have to do that for our yearly exam too, but im not sure exactly - coz we've been told "creative writing" but i assume it will be on the gothic genre. i have to make a basic plan for mine, coz i cant remember a whole story...
umm as for the conventions im not sure which ones im including, but im thinking to incorporate them all some how

Well we get to do that kinda thing too but we're doing Modern Mythology and we had to make two drafts.. One's about The Amazing Adventures of Captain Holo, *sigh/flutteryeyes* and the other one's about vampires. LESBIAN vampires, I might add >=D
