ouch - I got tired as hell doing a few 38 hour weeks these holidays I couldn't imagine how annoying it would be to do 78 hour weeks

That's a really good rate for weekend work mate. The pharmacy that i work at has a higher base/weekday rate ($17.50 per hour now and i'm 20...which is okay, since i only work weekdays anyway), but weekends/public holidays you get paid pretty much the same rate, so i don't really fancy the sunday shifts

If it were just for uni holidays i wouldn't mind that at all...that's like 20 grand for a month's work after taxes (then again, i'm looking to move out soon so any extra income looks good to me).

yeah i think the guy who said that originally was lying anyway hehe. if you do the 38 hours *every* week you'll get use to it more and wouldnt be as tiring! =)
