isn't the way english studied in china rather different, as in they focus on memorising words.

yeah, u r correct....and plus: study grammar........which makes me so bored to study it.....but less time can used for communiate with people.....If u speak english in china to your friends...normally ( 80%, I am pretty much sure not 100%), they will laugh at u....I dont know why....

Well i came in 1990..

But for the past 8 years .. I've had an anglo stepdad, so yeah.. i'm too westernised now.
Although i still speak mando with my mum so not all the heritage is lost.
