When can we make (and change) our uac preferences for ppl doing hsc in 2024 to start uni in 2025? Thanks.

One more question: does priority matter? If I put a course as 4th priority instead of 1st, does that reduce my chances of getting into it (assuming I don't make my higher picks)?

No it doesn't reduce your chances, but you only get one offer. So say you get your first offer, you won't receive any offers for the other 4. If you don't get your first offer, it'll move on to the second, and the third so on until you get an offer.
