When do notes go up on WebCT (1 Viewer)

WebCT is not a UNSW only program, they just buy the licence and software to use it from someone else. The fact is that WebCT uses Java in a way which causes problems for alot of users and they only reason I see as to why they use Java is because they can. The whole thing done in HTML, imo, would be much better.
