Ioniser, i have already tried that about 1000 times, it is already downloaded on my computer, but everytime i try to install it, it comes up with, 'You do not have the sufficient security settings to install this program' or something along those lines.

YAY! Something I should be able to answer, Joe Bloe what OS (Operating System) are you using. I would think XP with that being said I don't think you are a system administrator and so don’t have the privileges to install the power. That is of course if this is the standard windows msg – although I might be wrong .
