took 1 week which turned into 2 and then 3 now I'm starting to get back

like 1 week i did nothing at all and then the other 2 weeks maybe 1 hour after school and 2-3 on weekends (3 is a stretch maybe 2 if I was bothered)

i didn't take a break after trials! i feel like i would lose a lot of momentum and motivation if i took time off so i had to keep going

i dont think sending you my notes would be the most effective way for you to study tbh. make sure you know the types of questions that are asked the most on exams and how to answer them (talk to your teachers about it) and then fill in the gaps from there.
