Hello guys, Could anyone kindly tell me where I can find ancient history essays and pastpapers based on Sparta, Ancient greece, Pompeii and other topics for the 2011 syllabus
it would be kindly appreciated thank you guys =d

I have quite a few past HSC, ARC, CSSA, and Independent Papers. I'm doing Sparta and Pompeii too, and I've done quite a few past papers already on the two topics. I'll upload the papers tomorrow for you if you would like. There's quite a few, and I'm uber tired and cbf at the moment, so I do apologise for the delay.

Okay, I decided to get proactive. n_n

Here's a link to media file, where I uploaded all the Ancient History Past Papers I have access to. I didn't bother with the HSC Examinations as they are all accessible from the Board of Studies. I'm hoping this link works, if it doesn't I do apologise, as I am half asleep and starting to Zombie type. u_u

No worries, happy to help out any fellow Historians. n_n

I have a couple extended responses and as such. But they are hand written, and my writing is tiny; so it proves difficult to read on the computer.

But I'll see what I can do. Were there any particular areas you wanted samples from? I might have the time to type a few responses up, however give me a couple of days for that one.

Thanks mate, you don't have to give me them if they take alot of effort and time to upload , It would be great if I could get some on Sparta, Pompeii or Greece if possible cheers mate thanks for helping me so much )

I've attached a practice response I did for Sparta from the 2009 HSC. It's the extended response on the roles of the Spartan Kings.

I apologize for the handwriting. If it's decipherable do let me know, and I'll upload some of the other practice responses I've completed for Sparta. If not, I can slowly work on typing the responses up for you.

Oh and I do apologize for the 'marking mess'; my teacher is a very enthusiastic marker. =)

Might I just add that it is highly likely that your school/library/teacher has copies of old past papers. If you ask your school librarian/AH teacher/AH head teacher there is a good chance that you can borrow hard copies of all the stuff you need!
