Hi All,
Just wondering if someone could direct me to the website which publishes all the findings of court cases, specifically for the victorian magistrates court.
Thanks

Re: Where can I find courts (magistrate) history?

Local courts rarely publish decisions online.

But for most other Australian decisions, you can access them via AustLII.

How long does it take for AustLII to be updated from the date the case is decided?

High Court, Federal Court and Supreme Court cases are usually uploaded the next day (sometimes even the same day) as they are handed down.

Keep in mind that not all cases are reported and so obviously not all decisions of the above courts will appear on AustLII.
