Basically, I drive everywhere, don't often catch public transport. However now I am in a situation where I need to just wondering where I can buy a weekly bus ticket from, as you can't purchase them on the bus.

News agencies, bus ticket buying places (such as the one in wynyard - i don't know what they're called)

You can buy them from any convenience shop (i.e. 7/11) or from news agents. Those are where I get my MyMulti's and they sell pre-paid bus tickets there too.

Every bus stop has a ticket center you can easily buy tickets from there.
