I think he means to say "unfair disadvantage", since it has only been around for 2 years, and hasn't been well-established with a reputation, etc as other schools in the top 5/10.

I don't know if it's such a great idea to get an official list of all the schools in NSW rank...imagine how the schools in the very bottom ranks would fare?
Although only listing 120 is a bit stingy...

Love how my school was ranked 8th in the state ni 2002 (the year of my entry) yet now we're down to 46th. Love caringbah.
