If I like maths and got 95 in maths ext 1 and 92 in maths ext 2 in the hsc, should I study MATH 1141 (Higher Mathematics 1A) or MATH1041 (Statistics for Life and Social Sciences)? I am going to study a Bachelor of Advanced Science at UNSW. The problem is I can't decide whether I want to major in Physics or Neuroscience in 2nd year.

Sorry, didn't read properly.
Physics uses a good level of maths so if you choose that, you should probably do 1141.
But I think Neuroscience uses stats so you'll need to familiarise yourself with it in 1041.
So... I'd suggest you do more course research and figure out what you want.
