Westmead is mainly for the sciences (some of them) but is also the Police College (one of them) which specialises in higher-ranked courses (Sergeants and above) and some tactical training.

Liverpool is for international stuents - some english learing there.

City - Postgraduate course mainly from the College of Business.

Almost.

Westmead is no longer used for UWS courses. It's leased to the NSW Police and SWIC, which is owned by the uni and teaches English.

The Liverpool thing is not part of the uni. It's the offices of Linkwest, which is a company which like you said, teaches english to migrants and international students. Linkwest is majority owned by the uni, but its seperate.

There is no city campus. There used to be a research centre in the city (this one - http://www.uws.edu.au/research/researchcentres/ciis - I think) but no longer.

I drove past parramatta campus today. God its architecture is so much better than Bankstown; no wonder the law course is over there.
