Agreed, go with a mainstream, reputable company that has a proven record. Most of those companies ive never heard off before. Its worth paying that little bit extra to avoid nasty suprises.

What about Optus Direct? Has ADSL2+ speeds if you are on an enabled exchange. (Or consider any company with an adsl2+ roll out)
And on that subject (semi-hijacks thread), does anybody know when they will complete the migration for the north sydney exchange. Apparently it was finished months ago, but i havent been transferred.

Is DSL Direct just ADSL2??

TPG's crap? I've been a customer for over a year now, and it's been great. Their $50/20GB/1500Kbit plan couldn't be beaten for such a long time. Constant speeds and the one call I made to customer service went smoothly too.

yinyin - What speeds are you looking for? And is your exchange ADSL2+ activated for any ISP?

Haven't you been taken off that plan, like I have?

This is my last month on that plan. :(

Now I've just got to wait for 2 months before my exchange gets ADSL2+.

nah im thinking of joining TPG for its cheapness because we're moving out in june/july to a different place, and the place maynot have cable.
