The notes from the guy who came third in state for 2008 (from memory).
But don't reply on his notes alone. They are inadequate for internal assessements.
When I made my notes for Legal, I made sure I used as many textbooks and as many sets of BoS notes as possible. This resulted in a very lengthy and very tedious notes-making process but I was rewarded with being consistently ranked first for Legal throughout years 11 and 12 and a high band 6 mark which more or less saved my ATAR.
I also highly recommend the Board of Studies past answers series for Legal. Most school libraries will have them. They are an invaluable source of information which would typically take months of individual research to collect, but have already been done so by the state's best Legal students. I am mostly talking about the focus studies here, but you can also have a skim through Law and Society and Crime to see what kind of standards are expected for a band 5, band 6 etc,
