if i read correctly from the link above , all that the HELP scheme does is give me discounts on payments upfront and additional payments on my debts. if so it doesnt really help my situation cuase i cant afford to pay any upfront payments. my family dont have the $$

wots the point of paying upfront when its deducted from ur tax later on in life anyway? either case the money isnt urs so id opt for HELP
