i live in tasmazia, so shall we say the rave scene is... somewhat limited. usually to me and my friends pulling out the strobe and dancing semi-naked to booka shade..
anyway i was reading this article in some youth journal that basically said the raves are shit now because they're held in big arenas like Rod Laver and sponsored by smirnoff and populated by teeny boppers. as opposed to the old ones of the 90s where people dressed up crazy and there was some amazing vibe. is this true?
I don't know if young people these days have the concentration power to dance for that long anymore, whether they're on e or not. too busy thinking about putting the best shots of themselves up on myspace...
