cos school kids may, apparently, get confused as to why that mark isnt there internal
and the BOS is lazy and doesnt wanna have to deal with it
its ridiculous, cos schools fuck things up and manipulate shit and we work hard for those marks

It's due to the aligning of the marks after the actual HSC and no ones marks are the same as the raw marks that are sent in.
With that said, you can still work them out, just calculate how much each assessment was worth and what you got for each.
