I'm assuming it's a standard talking point from other websites or a meme, but muslims or people on this forum who are anti-Israel tend to accuse those who defend Israel or support Israel of 'watching too much fox news'

This also is a charge associated with those who are critical of Islam or Muslims.

Is this just a talking point thrown by people who are too idiotic to realise the stupidity of what they're saying, or is there a large group of people in Australia who are going out of their way to ~somehow~ watch fox news (not available in Australia as far as I can tell)?

Channel 10 is being turned into Australia's Fox news

soon the rabid Jihadis will have a more local example to accuse you of watching, when you say that maybe nuking israel wouldn't be the nicest thing to do

Because the Australian discourse lacks the ferocity of the US Israeli-Muslim discourse. Ergo through the magic powers of the internet those interested in the issue tend to be steeped in the US discourse and therefore argue accordingly.

It's stupid.
