kebabs are indeed delicious. But they don't count. I can make a proper sandwich or baguette roll just as quick as a kebab if all ingredients are pre-cut and ready at hand.. not "fast-food" in the intended context.

E.g:
After gigs at the Roundhouse we always run to Maccas for big macs at 12am.

I eat fast food because it is convineint, tempting and there are many options. Though most of the time I feel sick afterwards (with the exception of hot chips ), I always go back for more...
