i did the same thing except for x > 0 on the solution, the curve was a smooth downwards one like a downwards parabola. Why is there that kick thing in the graph?

if u consider the limit as x -> infinity, f(x) -> -1 and x -> x, so xf(x) -> -x

also this question fucking sucks. the reason why calculus exists is for stuff like this so u know where point of inflectiosn are.
