Because one of the fundamental human rights is a right to education? What, did you think it only applied to X, Y and Z groups of people? What a vile thing to say.

It just pisses me off these people are wasting school funds and are literal failures from the beginning. Clearly this human being isn't being educated if he's getting 16% in mathematics standard . This kid has a 99% attendance rate btw , this is why people get severely sick at school because of idiots like him who attend school everyday for no reason to spread viruses and bacteria. He doesn't attend for friends either, he has none cause he's severely autistic. All he just is stim. He literally has no reason to even be at school, since 1. he clearly will be a mystery mark atar dropkick 2. he literally has no friends anyway. Here's me almost dying from the flu because of stupid losers or parents in year 7, 8, 9, 10 and stupid kids in year 11 and 12 including this named person who attend school to spread viruses and get people sick got me sick

I get you esp maybe in this specific situation it feels a bit weird but more broadly imo I don’t think “taking full advantage of the opportunities available” has to be going to private or selective, like if someone takes the test then that’s them exploring the options and maybe after discussion they decide that’s not right for them

Altho then again what is the difference between going to a normal school for a good ranking and going to a selective so your cohort pulls you up (something I’ve also heard)

I think in usyd u get automatic entry into any course u want except med if u dux. I should have just gone to the lowest ranked school in the state, gotten dux and I could literally get into usyd law or smth lmao

again there’s so many reasons, high achievers generally don’t go to lower ranked schools bcz it’s part of some elaborate plan to get dux or whatever, I’ve never met someone who didn’t choose a top school for a sloppy reason like that

not trying to sound like a loser I just want to give an anecdote here, I was my school dux in year 10, 11, 12 at a top 40 school so idk kinda mid but decent school, and in junior years I did well too

my relatives and parents friends would ask us all the time why I didn’t try for a selective school or do selective school tests and frankly it was due to 1) money the kind my family doesn’t have, 2) location and convenience, 3) didn’t wanna leave my friends and community. it was never about it being easier to come 1st in my subjects lmao and also competition for me was very neck and neck anyway

trust me no good student is at a lower rank school to steal something that isn’t accessible to everybody else

Bro any school within the top 40 ( dare I say even 100) is pretty good/competitive ToT?… I thought a mid school was ranked around 200s lmao. It’s good u got dux tho, I get what u mean, majority ppl r just dux bc they r. I only heard a very, small minority attend/ even move to schools ranked in the 100-300s final yr to become dux ( have to be a small minority tho, cant be worth it ToT)

I was kinda joking. But like if I was as smart at her I would at least go to a higher ranked private school or smth better than my school. Cause it's kinda frustrating, like if she wasn't there, there would be so many different people that could have a chance of ranking first and stuff but instead she takes all of it and there's none left for us.
