My atar was 76.40 and the bachelor of health science/master of nursing is 80 what's the chance of me getting an offer in late rounds I am 3 points below. It says there are still vacancies...

Did you have it as an option in the first round? The cutoffs usually don't go down for second round. As per previous poster, have you checked if USyd offers flex entry for this course and if you meet the criteria.

Not eligible for any schemes means 0% chance unless no one else wants to do it. Remember usually feb rounds have higher atar cut offs for most courses.
