I deleted my 3rd option today I the morning does that mean I will be considered in the February rounds?

Sorry if this is too late of a reply !

The deadline for preferences was midnight 7th-8th of Jan.

So you will be in the main rounds. On the 8th- your preferences has already been locked. So if you could change your preferences on the 7th- you'll 100% be in the main rounds
