question in the title ^

I think/ roughly estimate im not going to get the atar i want, and was thinking of doing 1 year of something then transferring. Will the budget 2016 affect my fees?

As I understand it (i might be wrong) as long as your in uni, then you wouldnt be affected.

as I understand it; students before 2014 will not be affected and else I have no idea but good luck to you

Iff this is true; people starting a single bachelor before 2016 are all good so 2013; 2014; and 2015 hsc graduates are al good. After that, gg

Edit: wait, they mentioned that hecs is already charging 2.9% interest? wtf
The post has contradictory ideas. First it says that it will not affect students starting uni before 2016 (second para last sentence) and then somewhere through the post it says that no matter when the student starts uni it will affect every student after 2016 (6th para last sentence). So I am not sure which applies.

i read that too in the article but it seems as though it's just talking more about money wise rather than how it will affect students if you know what i mean.

i think the best way to find out is to wait and see....
