It doesn't update the playcount on files that are in a manually created playlist.
wmp has much better xml-based playlist.

that was enough reason for me to not use itunes or winamp.

EDIT: disadvantage is only WMP can read .wpl playlists, lol
but meh, I can export to .m3u

I only use Itunes for copying music to my Ipod. I got winamp 2.91 and 5.03 installed, since I like both, haha.

Winamp 5.x is good and I will continue to use it.

The only problem I think is the equaliser really does little to change the sound.

Get a better sound card, get higher bitrate mp3s/lossy compressed audio files, or get better speakers.

The EQ isnt too flashy but there IS a major difference if you try even the normal presets out.
