I still reckon media player 9 is better.
The media library in MP9 is designed so much better.

AFAIK, WinAmps 2 and 3 were very different and WinAmp5 (2 + 3) is a coalition of the two.

yes, that is why it was called winamp 5

it is can use both winamp2 and winamp3 skins
and it has a media library and can scale the windows

it also loads alot faster than winamp 3

i thought with english windows xp u cudn't read files encoded in big5

thank god that nullsoft have officially given up on the winamp3 engine. winamp 5 just looks like winamp 2 thankfully i might add... Its getting better but still not as good as WMP9 for the library experience... but is still the best for us simple people who just want to hear all those glorious mp3s
