Yes, at the fisher library. It will cost you $20 I think. Also if you need a travel concession I think it costs you extra as well!

We do get new cards. Though you can request to use the same photo as this year and have it mailed out to you. Thus saving you the energy of going there.

Well you can do that.
This year we had the option of both. I choose to use last year's photo cause I'm so used to that terrible photo anyways.
