hey all you standard english people.

id love some help with a witness essay plan showing clash of cultures.

yeh, ill second this request. is there no one doing anything on witness? is clash of cultures even one of the topics for year 12 standard english? i hear nothing about it, yet its like the major part of our mid yearly exam!!
plz help if anyone has any notes on clash of cultures in witness, especially the scene where Book mashes the amish-taunting kid

There are many contrasts made throughout the film. Below I will write two examples! :)

Daniel's gift of small, simple, wooden toy later contrasts with Book's more complex one. They both symbolise their different worlds. How Daniel's world is simple and Book's world is more complex.

Also contrast between the city and the country. In the country it is warm, earthy colours. Constrasted to the dark, wet nights of the city and the greyish railway station.
