Identify ONE interesting character represented in Witness.

How has Weir used film techniques to shape your response to the character?

2002:
You are presenting a segment on 2HSC Radio FM for the Schools’ Program.
Interview Peter Weir about his use of John Book and Samuel Lapp in his representation of the different worlds in Witness.

Write a transcript of the interview, that should include reference to the use of
relevant film techniques.

2003:
What aspects of your prescribed text had the greatest impact on you?

In your response you should reflect on both the ideas and film techniques used in the prescribed text you have studied.

2004:
On the basis of the distinctive features of your prescribed text, argue for its inclusion in the ‘Top Films’ list.

2005:
Identify a key scene in your prescribed text.
Analyse the ways in which this key scene reflects both the ideas and characteristics of the text as a whole.

Present your analysis in ONE of the following forms:
(i) a speech at an HSC Study Day
(ii) a contribution to an online HSC Resources site.

I thought it was the other way round ... I hate writing in other forms e.g interview although it would be likely to appear in the HSC this year.
